  • How do I reserve my wedding or event date(s) with Destination Beauty by Carrie?
    To reserve your wedding or event date(s) with Destination Beauty by Carrie, you can either email us at: info@destinationbeautybycarrie.com or call (320)492-2329. During the initial contact, we will discuss your wedding or event date(s) and the specific hair and makeup service(s) you are requesting. Once we confirm our availability, we will secure your date once upon receiving a 50% deposit, which will be applied towards all services.
  • Is a contract required to book services with Destination Beauty by Carrie?
    Yes, a signed contract is required to secure your booking. Additionally, a 50% deposit is due at the time of signing to confirm your date and services.
  • Do you accommodate all skin and hair types?
    Yes, our artists are trained and experienced in working with all skin and hair types. We ensure that our team is equipped to meet the diverse needs of our clients.
  • Is gratuity included in Destination Beauty by Carrie service fees?
    No, gratuity is at the client's discretion, typically 20% is industry standard.
  • Do you charge early start fees?
    We will accommodate early starts. But there is an early start fee with that. We understand that every bridal party is different. Please contact us at info@destinationbeautybycarrie.com to learn more!
  • Will you accommodate a wedding or event during a major holiday?
    Yes, we do accommodate weddings and events during major holidays. However, additional fees may apply. Please contact us for more details on holiday rates and availability.
  • Does Destination Beauty by Carrie offer services at international locations?
    Yes, Destination Beauty by Carrie provides hair and makeup services worldwide. Whether your event is local or at an exotic destination, our team is available to travel to your location to ensure you look your best. Please contact us for more details on our travel policies and availability.
  • Are there restrictions to how far Destination Beauty by Carrie travels to my wedding or event?
    No, there are no restrictions to how far Destination Beauty by Carrie will go to ensure our clients are taken care of to look and feel their absolute best. Of course, depending on the destination, there will be travel fees in addition to your hair and makeup package. Please contact us for pricing.
  • Are there any location service minimums?
    Please contact us info@destinationbeautybycarrie.com to discuss your wedding or event details. We try to accommodate parties large and small.
  • Do you offer clip-in hair extensions?
    Yes, there is an option to purchase extensions during your trial. We can color match and order to ensure the best match.
  • How far in advance should I book my trial?
    Please book your trail hair and/or makeup with Destination Beauty by Carrie at least 8 weeks before your event date.
  • Can I come to you?
    Yes, Destination Beauty by Carrie has studios located in Alexandria, MN, New York, NY, Minneapolis, MN, Nashville, TN and Punta Gorda, FL.
  • What types of payment do you accept?
    We accept cash, Venmo, Zelle, PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express…
  • If someone in your party does not show up, or cancels the day of your wedding or event do I still have to pay?
    Changes can be made to the contract up to 30 business days prior to the event day. However, cancellations / no shows the day of the event are due in full.
